  • Next-Day Delivery (Optional): Available upon request for in-stock items – additional charges apply

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri) will usually ship the same day

2. International Wholesale Shipping

We ship wholesale orders internationally. Rates and transit times vary by destination and shipment size.

  • All international orders are shipped via tracked and insured couriers.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Lead Times for Personalised or Large Orders

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
