Refund & Returns Policy

At Jewellness Wholesale, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and dependable service to our trade partners. Please review our returns policy specific to wholesale orders.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of wholesale business, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unsold stock

  • Personalised or engraved products

We may, at our discretion, approve returns for damaged or defective goods.


2. Reporting Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 working days of receipt at info@jewellnesswholesale.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the affected items

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.


3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a fault on our end, we will cover return shipping costs or arrange a collection. If you are returning items without a fault, return shipping is your responsibility and must be pre-approved in writing.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the original payment method or as credit toward future orders.


5. Order Discrepancies

Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please ensure all shipments are checked upon arrival.
